Our commitment to accessibility
At Foleon, we pride ourselves on providing a platform that empowers organizations to quickly create content experiences that look great on any device. However, what’s just as important is making that content accessible to anyone.
We are committed to ensuring that Foleon meets the accessibility standards set by WCAG 2.2 Level AA. While we strive to align with all guidelines, we are continuously working to improve and enhance the accessibility of our platform to provide an inclusive experience for all readers.
What are the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)?
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), provide internationally recognized recommendations for making web content more accessible, especially for people with disabilities. Since the release of WCAG 2.1 in June 2018, the guidelines have influenced global accessibility policies, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act in the U.S., and the Web and Mobile Accessibility Directive in the European Union.
Independent accessibility audit
We partner with leading accessibility experts to ensure our platform meets rigorous standards. In May 2025, Deque Systems conducted the latest audit. Their assessment included manual and automated testing of four Foleon Docs against WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria. We use these findings to prioritize accessibility improvements and inform our product roadmap.
Accessibility conformance report (VPAT)
To help organizations evaluate our accessibility efforts, we’ve published a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template). This report functions as an Accessibility Conformance Report or ACR — outlining how Foleon conforms to global accessibility standards.
